Digital services and course access

Because we provide digital services and grant access to online training content, refunds are limited once access is issued.

ELDT Theory Course (SaferELDT)

A refund may be considered only if ALL of the following are true:

  1. The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, and

  2. The student has not been granted access/credentials to the ELDT theory course, and

  3. No course content has been started.

Once ELDT course access has been issued (or course content has been started), the purchase is non-refundable.

Permit Prep Materials (Digital Downloads/Access)

Refunds for permit prep materials may be considered only if:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase, and

  • The materials have not been accessed/downloaded/emailed.

Once delivered or accessed, permit prep materials are non-refundable.

Coaching / Support Sessions (If applicable)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time to reschedule.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours may be forfeited and are generally non-refundable (rescheduling may be offered at our discretion).

How to request a refund

Email info@pathwaycdl.com with:

  • Full name

  • Purchase email

  • Order number

  • Reason for request

Approved refunds (if eligible) are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
